Subscription cancellation and refund conditions
1. Cancellation Rights
Subscription Cancellation
- • You can cancel your subscription at any time
- • Service continues until the end of the current period after cancellation
- • Automatic renewal is stopped
- • Unused credits are reset at the end of the period
2. Refund Conditions
In case of technical failures or service interruptions, proportional refunds may be made for the unusable period. Refund requests are evaluated within 7 days.
